The reason is, Grad Solutions is nothing like the school you or your parents might be used to. Our students often feel they didn’t fit into the traditional school model. It’s because they need something different. At Grad Solutions, there are no other students you must interact with, no commuting to school, and no specific times you need to log on. It’s a program that adapts to you.

We’re not saying that traditional school is bad. It’s actually great for a lot of students. However, there are some students going through things that need help with other aspects of their life. They need more involvement from teachers, counselors, and others…while being able to progress at their own pace. They don’t always know what life’s going to throw at them. They need to be able to pause when things come up and pick up their studies when they’re able.

You can log into the system at any time, from anywhere. You just need the internet. This lets you attend doctor’s appointments, court appointments, visitations, run your business, go grocery shopping, workout, or anything else you might have going on.

Yes, you still need to make regular progress but you don’t need to stress out about a rigid schedule.

Support from someone who will stick with you

Soon after you become an official student at Grad Solutions, you will be assigned a Mentor. Your Mentor is on your side. They will be your main contact and support you throughout your active enrollment at Grad Solutions. If you need something, they can help. They’ll even reach out to check on you from time to time!

The Mentors at Grad Solutions love to hear from students, whether things are okay and when things are not good. They care about their students and want to help.

Receive more learning and tutoring support

Yes, you’ll have the benefit of a Mentor throughout your time with Grad Solutions yet, you’ll also get support from live teachers. We have certified and highly qualified teachers that are available during the week to help students who may need more review of the content being taught online. These teachers can be reached during their “office hours” at The HUB or in-between through online chat. They are experienced and know how to help students learn.

Get tons of social support and resources

Speaking of The HUB… Grad Solutions provides two HUBs where students can get assistance for many life needs. The HUBs provide countless services, tools and resources to help students get what they need to overcome life’s barriers.

Their services and tools include: computer and Wi-Fi access, homework & lounge areas, breakfast and lunch, food, hygiene, and clothing vault, tutoring sessions, child-safe parent work area, counseling services, laundry facilities, study groups, workshops, social activities, events, meeting opportunities with mentors and instructors, college and career preparation, and much more.
